Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty is pleased to announce that Alex Paen will be the new Managing Broker of its Wilmington, North Carolina office.  Prior to assuming the role of Managing Broker, Paen was a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty for 10 years and led his own successful real estate team.  He steps up to fill the position left vacant by Louise Voelker.
