Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage Announces Management Team Addition & Transfers

Denise Kinney, President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has announced several additions and transfers within their management team which will further enhance the services provided to the company’s agents and clients. “One of the many things that I’m proud of is that we always look internally first when we are filling positions within our staff. I am excited to announce these additions and transfers,” she said.
Michael Medina has been named Managing Broker of the Sneads Ferry and Topsail Offices. After serving as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps as an Expeditionary Firefighting and Rescue Specialist, he transitioned into Real Estate in 2020 and was consistently a top producer. In early 2023, he was named the company’s first Manager In Training which enabled him to further explore the firm’s exclusive tools and resources, as well as shadow current Managing Brokers to learn coaching and leadership techniques. “We are excited for Michael to utilize his experience as an individual agent and his management skills. He has a thorough understanding of real estate processes and the systems that are necessary to be successful,” said Kinney.
“I’m looking forward to sharing what I have learned to help agents grow their business and chart a path to success,” he explained. “The resources and support that we have are unmatched. I want to help other agents capitalize on our tools to reach their goals while providing the highest level of customer service to their clients.”
Phil Misciagno has been named Managing Broker for the Hampstead office. He joined the company in 2017 as an agent and has served for the past 4 years as the Managing Broker of the Sneads Ferry and Topsail offices. “Phil has done nothing but excel since he joined us and we are thrilled to have him transition to the Hampstead office,” said Kinney.
“I am excited to work with this very successful group of agents as they each continue to grow their business. Real estate is all about relationships and I can’t wait to see all that we can accomplish together,” said Misciagno.
Amy Helm, who has served as the Managing Broker in the Hampstead office will remain as a sales associate in that office. “The resources and support combined with the culture and atmosphere at Sea Coast Advantage is unlike any other,” said Helm. “I look forward to continuing to work with this group in the Hampstead office.” In addition, Helm will be utilizing her experience and knowledge in the educational side of the real estate industry. She plans to earn her teaching certificate with the North Carolina Real Estate Commission this fall.
