Mark Lindsey, an agent with the Calabash office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage and a member of the Home Shepherds real estate team, was recently selected to the 2023 Class of the NC REALTORS® William C. Bass Leadership Academy. Candidates were chosen from across the state using criteria based on their leadership skills, future potential as a REALTOR® and leader, and their commitment to the real estate industry.

“Mark is an incredible asset to our office, our community, and our industry,” said Jennifer Brown, Managing Broker of the Calabash office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. “To be selected to the program is an incredible honor. I am so proud of him.”

The 10-month training and development program is exclusively for NC REALTORS® and seeks to identify, inspire, and mentor emerging leaders in real estate. Participants are guided through their own self-discovery process and learn skills and useful tools to further become a positive influence and leader within their community and the industry.

The 2023 Class is composed of twelve REALTORS® from various associations that geographically represent the majority of the state. “I am honored and very excited for this,” said Lindsey. “Learning alongside this great group of real estate professionals from across North Carolina is an incredible opportunity.”
