Named 2021 Realtor of the Year by the Jacksonville Board Of REALTORS®
JACKSONVILLE, NC – Kim Perkins, an agent with the Jacksonville - Henderson Drive office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, was recently named the 2021 REALTOR® of the Year by the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS®. The REALTOR® of the Year program recognizes an active member of the local board who has provided outstanding service to her profession and community during the year as well as her career.
Agents are nominated by Board members and an appointed committee considers the following when selecting a winner: REALTOR® Spirit, Civic Activity, Local Board Activity, State Association Activity, National Association Activity, and Business Accomplishments. According to the Jacksonville Board of REALTORS®, this award is not presented annually, “but only when deemed appropriate in order to maintain the ‘elite’ status awards should hold.”
Kim was the 2020 President of the Jacksonville Board of Realtors® and is active on many levels. Her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are an asset to the organization and its members. She is dedicated to advancing the Association’s initiatives, has served as chair of committees at the state and local levels, and graduated from the NC REALTORS® William C. Bass Leadership Academy.
