TOPSAIL ISLAND, NC – Della Carson, an agent with the Hampstead office of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, was recently named the 2021 REALTOR of the Year by the Topsail Island Association of REALTORS®. This annual award recognizes an active member of the Association who provides outstanding service, participates in community and civic activities, and commits to the highest ethical standards and business practices. Agents are nominated by Association members and an appointed committee selects a winner each year.
Della is active in the Topsail Island Association on many levels. Her knowledge, expertise, and professionalism are an asset to the organization and its members. She is dedicated to advancing the Association’s initiatives while exhibiting team spirit, loyalty, and cooperation with other real estate professionals.
