Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty’s Wilmington, N.C. office was ranked in the Top 10 among offices with 101+ associates for the third quarter of 2011 in for the Southern Region of the Coldwell Banker® franchise system.

The office ranked No. 1 in Adjusted Gross Commission Income, No. 1 in Total Units, No. 1 in Listing Units, and No. 2 in Selling Units out of nine similarly-sized offices in the Southern region.
