Sales Surge in Autumn Hall’s First Year with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

May marks the one year anniversary of the Autumn Hall community’s representation by Blake Frazier of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. In that year, sales of single family homes and homesites have grown more than 300% compared to the previous 12 month period.

“Obviously we are extremely pleased with our association with Mr. Frazier. His leadership, guidance and sales and marketing experience have had an immediate impact,” said Brian Eckel, Autumn Hall Development Manager. The majority of the sales activity has been in the $450,000-$600,000 price range.
